Virtual Distinguished Lecture
Machine Learning for Wireless Communication Systems.

IEEE ComSoc Kerala Chapter is here with a Virtual Distinguished Lecture on Physical Layer Fingerprinting by Design Authentication and Security. The session will be handled by Brian M Sadler, Army Senior Scientist for Intelligent Systems at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL),Adelphi. Date: 10th November 2020 Time: 7.30pm - 9.00pm Abstract: In this talk we consider the intentional use of fingerprints to provide security in wireless communications. The framework draws on communications, signal processing, cryptographic hashing and information theory, enabling control of performance trade-offs by design. Speaker Profile: Brian M Sadler is the Army Senior Scientist for Intelligent Systems at the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi. He has been an Associate and Guest Editor for a variety of journals in communications, signal processing and Robotics including the IEEE Journals. He received Best Paper Awards from the IEEE Signal Processing Society in 2006 and 2010.
